The Hillsborough Classic Film Society presents Stanley Kubrick's 1957 "Paths of Glory," with Kirk Douglas. A gripping tale, based on the French High Command's callous sentencing of innocent French soldiers to death in World War I. One of Kubrick's best. Greg Vitarbo of Meredith College will talk about the background of the film, and there'll be a discussion afterwards if you should choose to stay. (Oh, and there's free popcorn.)
