Event Description:
Have you heard about Dementia Friendly Businesses?  Join us as Marie Dagger, DFB Coordinator, shares about Orange County’s nationally recognized DFB program.  Learn about what it means to be a Dementia Friendly Business, why this is an important step to take for our community, and how you can play a part!  For questions prior to the event, please reach out to MDagger@orangecountync.gov.

When businesses are Dementia Friendly, people with dementia can eat out, shop and conduct their business with dignity. It’s important to more than just the person who has dementia. It makes a difference to spouses, children and caregivers. They’ll want to visit Dementia Friendly businesses and will recommend them to others.
