You’re invited to The Studio’s Anniversary Celebration! Join us as we celebrate a wonderful second year at The Studio at A Step To Health. We’ll have raffles, snacks, and a variety of 20-minute movement classes for you to enjoy. The Infrared Sauna will also be open for you to sit in and ask questions about the sauna’s healing benefits. The celebration continues with FREE movement classes all week, December 9-15! Whether you’ve taken many classes with us since we opened or you’ve been meaning to come by for your first visit, we’d love to have you celebrate with us.
