Vitality Boost is a unique mobility + core class that teaches how to leverage breath and movement for increased mobility, strength, and longevity. With each class you will learn mindful movement techniques to enhance your movement ability through all joints and pathways. You will build skills around intentional breathing and listening to/interpreting your body’s feedback, as well as learn movements that will help you increase the range of motion and strength in your joints and core.
