If you're new to yoga, easing your way back into movement, or just trying to slow down and relax, Yin and Restorative Yoga is for you. In this class we'll practice deep stretch work, breath work, and mindfulness. We'll also practice restorative yoga poses on the ground with many props offered, including bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This class offers thoughtful support, specific to each student.
